Recently, the first domestic FB2 rotor of 1000MW ultra supercritical unit developed by Sinohydro Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully shipped and delivered to users, marking the import substitution of FB2 high and intermediate pressure rotor forgings, the key core component of ultra supercritical unit.
At the delivery ceremony site, the 620 ℃ ultra supercritical unit FB2 rotor bearing the wisdom and sweat of the national machinery heavy loader was officially delivered to Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd. The rotor will be used in the 1000MW ultra supercritical unit project of Yueyang Power Plant of Hunan Electric Power Co., Ltd. of National Energy Group.
FB2 is a cutting-edge advanced material applied to ultra supercritical steam turbine at present, and is the core key to the iterative upgrading of unit working parameters from 600 ℃ to 620 ℃, which can ensure higher thermal efficiency and lower energy consumption of the unit. For a long time, due to the lack of basic research on materials and manufacturing technology, it has become a major technical bottleneck for China to vigorously develop low-carbon clean energy equipment.
On the day of the ceremony, Erzhong Equipment also signed a cooperation agreement with Dongfang Turbine on a new batch of FB2 material rotor forgings.
Guoneng Yueyang 2 × The 1000MW unit project is a key project of strategic cooperation between the National Energy Group and Hunan Province, with the overall planning and construction of 4 × 1000 MW supercritical coal-fired power generation unit. Phase I project construction 2 × 1000 MW units, with a total investment of 7.24 billion yuan. After completion and operation, it can greatly meet the needs of energy supply guarantee in Hunan and even the central region, and make positive contributions to the local high-quality development.Editor/Ma Xue
