The bidding scope of the project is to build two coal gangue treatment plants in the first phase. The first plant is located in Quanhechang Village, Taohai Town, Nalin, with an annual coal gangue treatment capacity of 3 million tons and a construction area of 200 mu. The second plant is located in Suldeholo Village, Wulanmulun Town, with an annual coal gangue treatment capacity of 10 million tons and a construction area of 200 mu. The treatment area of saline alkali land, sandy land and various degraded land is about 150000 mu. The construction period of the project is 3 years and the operation period is 15 years.
