On October 17, 2023, Gansu Power Investment Group, China Energy Construction Group, and Gansu Electric Group held a symposium in Lanzhou and signed a strategic cooperation agreement. This cooperation will promote comprehensive and multi-disciplinary cooperation among the three parties in traditional energy project construction, new energy industry development, transmission and distribution engineering, and other aspects, in order to promote common long-term stable development.

Ye Jianfang, Li Qingbiao, and Luo Genneng respectively signed strategic cooperation agreements on behalf of Gansu Electric Group, Gansu Power Investment Group, and China Energy Construction Construction Group.
