In the past ten years, we have experienced the baptism of wind and rain together, and harvested spring flowers and autumn fruits together. The Belt and Road Initiative has taken firm steps and is still in its youth. In November 2023, China issued a development outlook for the next decade of Belt and Road cooperation, injecting new vitality into future cooperation.

In the next decade, we will focus on building 5G base stations, exploring artificial intelligence, and laying a path of innovation. We will promote the construction of new logistics channels across the Eurasian continent, build a three-dimensional connectivity network, and open new Windows of opportunity. At the same time, we will deepen practical cooperation in green infrastructure, green energy and other fields to make the green business card more shining.

Standing at a new starting point, the Belt and Road Initiative will be more innovative and dynamic, more open and inclusive, and much expected by the world. Looking ahead to the next golden decade of the Belt and Road Initiative, I have many expectations and dreams. I hope to see more countries and regions join the Belt and Road Initiative to jointly promote economic prosperity and development. I hope to see more cooperation projects in innovation and science and technology to promote scientific and technological progress and industrial upgrading in all countries. I hope to see more green development projects implemented to promote global sustainable development.
