In today's increasingly prevalent globalization, the cultural exchange between countries is particularly important. In order to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative and better showcase China's cultural and natural heritage, China Post EMS and the Serbian Post Office recently issued two sets of China-themed stamps in cooperation at the Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative and showcase China's cultural and natural heritage.

The two stamps are themed "Serbia-China: 10th Anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative" and "China's World Cultural and Natural Heritage". Sovronjevic, head of the philatelic department of the Serbian Post Office, presented the stamps to the Chinese Embassy in Serbia and the Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade.

"We want to portray the best of China on our stamps," Sovronyevich said. The issue of this stamp is of great significance, showing the friendship between Serbia and China and promoting cultural exchanges between the two countries."

Zhang Zhe, Charge d 'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Serbia, said the two sets of stamps are an important embodiment of China-Serbia relations entering a new stage of all-round and high-level development, highlighting the fruitful results of practical cooperation between the two countries in various fields. As bilateral cultural and tourism cooperation continues to heat up and people-to-people exchanges continue to deepen, the dissemination of Chinese culture and the promotion of a beautiful China to the Serbian people will further strengthen the bond between the two peoples.

"Serbia-china: The 10th Anniversary of the Belt and Road Initiative" has two stamps inspired by the building of the China Cultural Center in Belgrade and the workers of a copper mine in Serbia. The first day cover and the stamp show the Kalemegdan Castle in Serbia, as well as the Great Wall of China and the Xi 'an Bell Tower. And the theme of "China's World Cultural and Natural Heritage" stamps show the scenery of four world cultural and natural heritage sites in China, such as Taishan Daguan Peak, Emei Mountain - Leshan Giant Buddha, Yunv Peak of Wuyi Mountain, and Huangshan Yingke Pine.

The cooperation between China and Serbia on stamps is not only a cultural collision, but also a testimony to the profound friendship between the two countries. It is hoped that the two countries will carry out in-depth cooperation in more areas in the future and jointly write an even better chapter. Editor/Xu Shengpeng
