In the eyes of industry insiders, although Sichuan's lithium mines have abundant reserves and excellent grades, most of the mining areas are located in plateau areas, making mining and transportation difficult and costly. Currently, the prices of battery grade lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide in China have dropped below 100000 yuan/ton. In the short term, with weak market conditions in the future, the cost-benefit of lithium mine development is also worth comprehensive consideration.
