On the first working day after this Spring Festival holiday, Xining City focused on the grand goal of building a modern industrial system, focusing on core areas such as new energy, new materials, and bioeconomy. A total of 27 major projects were grandly released, including vertical integration of photovoltaics, 100GWh energy storage batteries, cell production, and energy storage assembly. Among them, there are four projects with a scale of over 10 billion yuan, demonstrating Xining's firm determination and strong strength in the new wave of development.

The event is divided into two stages: first, an entrepreneur symposium, where participants had in-depth exchanges on how to seize opportunities and achieve leapfrog development in the new era; Next is the investment promotion process, which covers multiple aspects such as asset revitalization, the Golden Altitude Health City project, and billions of yuan worth of industrial investment. These promotional projects not only involve multiple fields such as new energy, new materials, bioeconomy, emerging industries, and digital economy, but also have high quality and large investment scale, injecting strong impetus into the future development of Xining City.

Wang Zhongyi, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Xining National Economic and Technological Development Zone, stated at the meeting that in the past year, industrial production in Xining City has continued to grow, with a significant increase in new driving forces. The achievement of these achievements is inseparable from the strong support of investment promotion work. Attracting investment not only brings key elements such as funds, technology, and talent to Xining City, but also further enhances the city's economic vitality, charm, and investment potential. He emphasized that the successful signing of the project will effectively promote the construction of the industrial cluster in Xining City, further strengthen, optimize and expand characteristic industries, and strive to transform the resource and energy advantages of the plateau into industrial and economic advantages.

It is worth mentioning that in this investment promotion event, Xining City signed contracts to introduce 14 key projects in the first quarter, including the New Display Industry Park, the integrated manufacturing of industry university research energy storage equipment and wind turbine equipment, and the Green Intelligent Computing Center, with a total signing amount of 55.98 billion yuan. Among them, there is one project worth over 10 billion yuan, with a signing amount of 28.5 billion yuan, and eight projects worth over 1 billion yuan. The signing and introduction of these projects will not only provide new impetus for the development of new energy storage and the creation of a clean energy equipment manufacturing industry in Xining City, but also break through the gap in the fields of semiconductor optoelectronic display materials, 3D building printing, etc. in Qinghai Province, further consolidating and enhancing the development vitality of Xining City in the entire photovoltaic industry chain, intelligent computing power, steel basic materials and other industry chains.
