On February 25, 2024, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held in the High tech Industrial Development Zone of Changzhi City, Shanxi Province. This groundbreaking ceremony marks the official launch of the third phase of the PPP project for the Intelligent Terminal Industry Park. The project is jointly invested and constructed by Shanxi Jiantou Third Construction Group and Changzhi High tech Zone in a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The total investment amount is as high as 1.07 billion yuan, covering an area of 221 acres, with an estimated construction area of approximately 216000 square meters.

The intelligent terminal industry park project, as the largest standardized factory building project in Shanxi Province, has a total investment of 2.4 billion yuan and a staggering total construction area of 560000 square meters. Now, the infrastructure construction of the first and second phases of the project has been completed, and the investment promotion work has been successfully concluded, officially entering the operational phase, with a high enterprise occupancy rate of 95%. This not only demonstrates the efficient promotion and excellent attractiveness of the project, but also highlights the strong strength of Changzhi High tech Zone in industrial development and investment attraction.

The third phase of the highly anticipated PPP project for the intelligent terminal industry park has also been included in the 2024 Shanxi Provincial Key Engineering Project. Focusing on strategic emerging industries such as intelligent manufacturing and electronic information, the project is integrated into the industrial Internet and intelligent park integrated service platform, and is committed to building a modern and intelligent industrial park dominated by intelligent terminals, electronic information and high-end equipment manufacturing.

After the completion of the project, it is expected to attract more than 20 technology-based growth enterprises to settle in, with an expected annual output value of about 1 billion yuan and an annual tax contribution of about 20 million yuan. At the same time, it will also create over 1000 employment opportunities for the local area.
