On March 8, it was learned that the Shanghai Economic and Information Commission recently issued the Action Plan for the High-quality development of Shanghai Nuclear Power Industry (2024-2027). The "plan" pointed out that by 2027, the scale of Shanghai's nuclear power industry will reach 60 billion yuan, the high-level foundation of the nuclear power industry and the modernization level of the industrial chain will be significantly improved, scientific and technological innovation will strongly support the high-quality development of the industry, and basically build a world-class nuclear power industry center and launch the "Shanghai Nuclear Power" brand.

- Nuclear Energy Technology Innovation Center: breaking through a number of key technologies of third-generation nuclear power, further improving the economy and safety of third-generation nuclear power, realizing the engineering of advanced small reactors, maintaining the international leading level of research and development of fourth-generation reactors, building 10 national-level nuclear power industry technology innovation platforms, and becoming an important source of original nuclear power technology in China.

-- Nuclear power equipment complete set Center: fully master the third-generation nuclear power equipment manufacturing technology, fourth-generation nuclear power equipment manufacturing technology to maintain the international advanced position, nuclear power main equipment domestic market share to maintain the leading, key core equipment and materials to achieve autonomy and control, strengthen the nuclear power main equipment complete set supply capacity, build an intelligent manufacturing industrial system, built 15 intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories.

-- Nuclear Power Engineering Construction Center: the domestic market share remains leading, the international market has made new breakthroughs, the engineering general contracting management and construction and installation capabilities continue to improve, and new technologies and models such as modular construction and smart construction sites are widely used.

-- Nuclear power operation and maintenance service center: Form a full-life operation and maintenance service system for nuclear power plants, build a remote intelligent operation and maintenance support platform for nuclear power plants and a common technology research and development platform for nuclear power operations and maintenance, and comprehensively improve the level of digital intelligent operation and maintenance services.
