Against the backdrop of continuously deepening regional energy cooperation, Egypt continues to unleash the potential for high-quality energy investment, relying on abundant oil and gas resources and a stable business environment to attract Gulf capital to invest deeply. In order to further activate local oil and gas resources and expand the opening up of the energy sector to the outside world, the Egyptian government has taken the initiative to connect with top energy companies in the United Arab Emirates, opening up a new round of in-depth cooperation negotiations and injecting new momentum into the mutually beneficial and win-win development of energy between the two places.

Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Badawi met with executives from ENOC and Dragon Oil to discuss increasing investment cooperation in the Egyptian petroleum industry. Badawi fully recognizes the effectiveness of the UAE Dragon Oil's landing project in Egypt and acknowledges the company's continued willingness to increase capital.
