The Kurgan Water Conservancy Project is one of the 150 major water conservancy projects deployed and implemented by the State Council, and it is also the only controlling pivot project on the Kushan River. The project is located in Aketao County, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, with a total investment of 1.705 billion yuan and a construction period of 48 months. The total storage capacity of the reservoir is 124 million cubic meters, the maximum dam height is 82 meters, and the installed capacity of the power station is 24 megawatts. 85.5 million degrees, the main project will start in November 2021.
