On January 21, 2024, Unit 2 of the Ansai cogeneration project of Gansu Company successfully completed a 72+24 hour full load trial operation and was successfully handed over to the owner, entering the commercial operation phase. The success of this project is not only a strict inspection of the performance of the unit, but also a recognition of the hard work of the project team members.

From the beginning of project preparation, the project department was well aware of the difficulty of the task. Faced with tight deadlines and various technical difficulties, they always adhered to the front line. Under the pressure of tight schedule and technical difficulties, always maintain a firm belief and efficient action. Every communication, organization, and arrangement is a commitment and guarantee to the success of the project. During the construction process, the project department carefully commands and regularly holds production coordination meetings to ensure that every task is completed in a systematic and precise manner. We have closely collaborated with owners, designers, construction, and installation parties to form an impeccable team. During the installation and debugging process, team members worked together harmoniously, overcoming one technical challenge after another, and ultimately achieved key milestone goals on time.

During the trial operation period, the project department and various participating units jointly planned and worked together. We have conducted in-depth research and detailed solutions to every possible problem to ensure the smooth progress of the trial operation. In the end, the unit operated stably under full load conditions, and all technical parameters and indicators reached excellent levels.

The success of this project not only meets the steam demand of local industrial facilities, injects new vitality into regional economic development, but also provides stable centralized heating services for Ansai urban area. More importantly, the project has increased the proportion of clean energy in the local area, playing a positive role in promoting industrial upgrading and green economic development. At present, the project department is making every effort to promote the full load trial operation of Unit 1, with the goal of achieving dual unit production before the Spring Festival.
