The positive signals released during the recent two sessions of the National People's Congress show that China will continue to unswervingly expand high-level opening-up and share development opportunities with the rest of the world. This strategic decision not only reflects China's responsibility and responsibility as a major country, but also injects new impetus into the stability and prosperity of the global economy.

In an interview, Benn Nagora, director and senior researcher of the Asia-Pacific Belt and Road Policy Council, said that he is confident about the current situation and future prospects of China's outbound investment. By strengthening infrastructure construction and promoting trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, the initiative has not only promoted the economic growth of countries along the routes, but also enhanced inter-regional connectivity and cooperation. Malaysia, as one of the key countries along the Belt and Road, has benefited a lot.

Nagora further pointed out that the expansion of China's outbound investment and the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative not only help to enhance the overall economic strength of the Asia-Pacific region, but also provide more development opportunities for countries in the region.
