Recently, the Shaanxi Longhua Coal Grading, Cleaning, and Efficient Comprehensive Utilization Project, undertaken by Shaanxi Chemical Construction, used a 1250t crawler crane to lift the steel truss of the granulation tower by 117 meters and accurately positioned it on the frame foundation at a height of 99 meters, successfully completing the lifting task.
The steel truss for this lifting is 27.8 meters long, 8 meters wide, 6.85 meters high, and weighs 70 tons. Faced with factors such as high lifting height and difficulty, the project lifting team organized professional personnel to conduct in-depth research on the characteristics and difficulties of lifting, developed a special plan, and decided to use a 1250t crawler crane to carry out this lifting task, ensuring the achievement of various goals and requirements such as construction period, quality, and safety.
Before the formal start of lifting, the project department organized construction personnel to install ladders, passages, and other facilities in place, making full preparations for the lifting. At 10:00 am on July 31st, the lifting officially began. The 1250t crawler crane lifts the steel truss to a height of 117 meters, and after the crane rotates and adjusts the operating radius of the crane, it is placed directly above the concrete frame of the granulation tower; Afterwards, the steel truss was slowly placed on the frame foundation of the 99 meter high granulation tower, and after overall alignment and fixed installation, the lifting and positioning work of the steel truss was successfully completed.
