On October 23, 2023, Song Hailiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Energy Construction Corporation, held talks with Dai Houliang, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of China Petroleum Corporation in Beijing. Both sides had in-depth exchanges on deepening strategic cooperation in multiple fields and promoting the development of green and low-carbon industries, and witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides.
