Lagos is the largest city in Nigeria and one of the largest cities in Africa. However, the city often faces power shortages. Due to the aging, poor maintenance, and insufficient power generation capacity of the country's infrastructure, the electricity supply is unstable. Therefore, daily power outages can last up to 12 hours, causing great inconvenience to local residents and businesses.

To address this issue, the Nigerian government is working to improve infrastructure and increase power generation capacity. In addition, many enterprises and residents have also adopted the method of providing their own power generation equipment to cope with power outages.

Despite facing the challenge of power shortages, Lagos remains one of the most important economic centers in Africa, with abundant resources and market potential. With the efforts of the government and local residents, it is hoped that Lagos can overcome these challenges and achieve more stable and prosperous development. Editor/Zhao E
