On the morning of March 12, the Metro Ruitong and Luohan Mountain projects constructed by Fuzhou Metro Real Estate Co., LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metro Group, officially started, which pushed the "station city integration model" to a new climax.

The Metro · Ruitong Project is located in the south of Forma Road and the west of Liuyi Middle Road, Gulou District, Fuzhou. It is jointly built with Exit B of Mindu Station of Binhai Metro Express Line, with a total floor area of 10,742.92 square meters. The project is transport-oriented, cleverly combining the office building with the surrounding traffic network to create an efficient, convenient and comfortable office environment.

The Metro Luohanshan Project is located in the southwest of the intersection of Shanbei Road and Xuannanling Road, Xindian Town, Jin 'an District, Fuzhou City, close to the A3 entrance of Luohanshan Station of Metro Line 1, with a total construction area of about 15,574 square meters. The project relies on the construction mode of "rail transit + rental housing", takes the protection of tenants' living life as the core, and integrates the linkage of "residence, business, social interaction, entertainment and service" to create a new rental community and create a comfortable, open and sharing, dynamic high-quality livable, working and traveling space. So that every renter can fully enjoy the commercial facilities, cultural entertainment, life services, forming a collection of transportation, commerce, residential urban micro center, for the city, for the industry, for the new citizens and young people's "dream of abode" to bring new vitality.
