In terms of project construction, in 2024, efforts will be made to accelerate the construction of main highways such as National Highway 107, National Highway 310, and National Highway 343 in Zhengzhou; Construction of six transportation optimization projects for Zhenggang and Zhengkai cities, including the rapid renovation of National Highway 107, the Zhengkai section of National Highway 310, and the construction of Ping'an Avenue, has begun; Accelerate the construction of National Highway 107 and Provincial Highway 317; We plan to commence 8 projects, including the Xinggong section of National Highway 310 and the entrance and exit of the North Third Ring Road on the Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway. We will accelerate the preliminary work of 11 projects, including the intelligent transformation of Zhengkai Avenue and the entrance and exit of the Qiancheng Road on the Lianhuo Expressway, to achieve effective connection between trunk highways and urban roads, expressways, airport shipping, and other transportation modes as soon as possible; Advance the completion work of six ongoing projects, including the Zhengzhou Southwest section of National Highway 310 (Phase I) and National Highway 107 (Phase III), and orderly promote the upgrading and renovation of ordinary national and provincial roads.

In the continuous implementation of daily refined maintenance, Zhengzhou City will consolidate the achievements of road condition improvement in 2024, implement 6 structural and functional repair projects for national and provincial trunk highways throughout the year, and improve and upgrade 60 kilometers of national and provincial trunk highways; Key efforts will be made to renovate and improve the sub poor sections of ordinary provincial roads, ensuring that the road conditions are improved and the ongoing maintenance projects are completed before the end of the year; Actively implement the construction of charging stations and hydrogen refueling stations in the road service areas that meet the conditions.
