It is reported that in 2024, Hainan will issue the "Outline of Hainan Province's Comprehensive Three dimensional Transportation Network Plan", completing the overall planning of ports and waterways throughout the province, as well as the revision of the overall planning of ports such as Yangpu Port, Haikou Port, and Basuo Port, and the planning of Sanya Port Area. This will comprehensively strengthen the top-level layout of comprehensive transportation planning and provide a solid foundation for the improvement and upgrading of transportation infrastructure in the province.
