On the morning of February 19, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for the distributed photovoltaic project of Pujiang Fuchun Ziguang Water Service Co., Ltd. (Sewage Treatment Plant 1), which was invested and developed by Pujiang County Transportation Investment Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd. Leaders and guests from relevant units such as Pujiang County Development and Reform Bureau, County Construction Bureau, County Photovoltaic Special Team, County Transportation Group, and Pujiang Fuchun Ziguang Water Service Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.

At the commencement ceremony, the person in charge of County Jiaotou Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd. gave a project introduction, and the representative of the construction unit made a statement.

With Wang Guofeng, the general manager of County Jiaotou Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd., announcing the start of construction, two excavators entered the site to break through the ground, marking the official entry of the project into the construction phase.

The distributed photovoltaic project of Pujiang Fuchun Ziguang Water Co., Ltd. (Sewage Treatment Plant 1) has a total investment of 16 million yuan, using 570Wp monocrystalline silicon battery modules with a total of 7150 modules and a total installed capacity of 4.0755 MW. It is currently the largest rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station in the public building category in Pujiang County. The consumption mode of this photovoltaic power station is "spontaneous self use and surplus electricity grid connection", with an average annual power generation of about 3.985 million kilowatt hours. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to save an average of 1272.54 tons of standard coal annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 3523.07 tons annually, which will effectively promote the high-quality development of our county's new energy industry and help achieve the "dual carbon" goal.
