On February 18, 2024, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sa Yu Hai Zi Du Shan wind farm project in Anlong County and the Jiulong typhoon farm project in Sa Yu Town, Anlong County was held at the Langtan Group in Haixing Village, Sa Yu Town. County Party Secretary Liu Hua attended and announced the start of the project, while Deputy County Mayor Lv Bo presided over the groundbreaking ceremony.

It is understood that the total investment of the Sayuhaizi Dushan wind farm project in Anlong County is about 470 million yuan, with a construction scale of 70MW and the installation of 14 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 5.0MW. The total investment of the Jiulong Typhoon Power Plant project in Sayu Town, Anlong County is about 340 million yuan, with a construction scale of 60 MW and the installation of 12 wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 5. OMW. Two wind farms adopt joint transmission, sharing the construction of one new 110kV substation and one new 110kV transmission line. The substation is connected to the 220kV Anlong substation, with a total length of approximately 13.3km. A total of 40 tower foundations are proposed. Expand one 110kV interval at the 220kV Anlong substation.

After the project is completed, it is expected to generate 237 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually, with an annual revenue of 83.3 million yuan, which is equivalent to saving 722900 tons of standard coal, reducing 221450 tons of carbon dioxide, 14500 tons of sulfur dioxide, 36300 tons of nitrogen oxides, and 48350 tons of smoke and dust.

During the project construction process, Anlong County will strictly implement the coordination mechanism for key projects, strengthen project lifecycle services, and make every effort to coordinate and solve the difficulties and problems encountered during the project promotion process. The project owner and construction unit should reverse the construction period, put up plans for combat, and make every effort to meet the construction schedule and progress while ensuring safety and quality, striving to build the project into a demonstration benchmark project.
