The 500,000 kW wind power development project of Harqin Banner with a planned total investment of 3 billion yuan is an important anchor point for the "Three thousand Plan" to be landed in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and will fully promote the landing of cooperation projects, and take this opportunity to carry out extensive cooperation with Harqin Banner.

Fang Rui said that Harqin Banner has obvious location advantages, outstanding resource endowment, good industrial foundation and superior business environment, and has broad development space and huge development potential. The signing of the 500,000 kW wind power development project is the beginning of resource sharing, complementary advantages and mutual benefit. Subsequently, Ma Yonggang, member of the Standing Committee of the Flag Committee and deputy chief of the Flag Government, and Li Wentong, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the New energy Industry of Kehuan, signed an investment cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides.

It is understood that after the completion of the project, it is expected to generate 1.4 billion KWH of electricity per year, save about 423,500 tons of standard coal per year, reduce CO2 emissions about 1.163,300 tons, SO2 emissions about 141.92 tons, nitrogen oxide emissions about 213.58 tons.
