The Koboko Yongbe Moyot Large Highway Project is a transportation hub on the border between northern Uganda and South Sudan, and is also an artery for regional development.

Cobo Yongbei Moyote Large Highway Project

This 103 kilometer long road, after 36 months of careful construction, has successfully transformed the originally simple dirt road into an 11 meter wide standard asphalt road, supplemented by comprehensive supporting facilities. Its birth not only greatly improved the travel and living conditions of local refugees, but also provided convenient channels for the efficient transportation of rescue materials, enabling humanitarian aid to be quickly and accurately delivered to those in urgent need of assistance, demonstrating its profound social value.

Niyamugasani Water Supply Project Section 1

In the Kasese region of western Uganda, the first section of the Nyamugasani water supply project is in full swing. This project covers the construction of water intake, the construction of a water plant with a daily treatment capacity of 5588 cubic meters, and the installation of five large water storage tanks. In addition, it also includes laying over 34 kilometers of cast iron and UPVC water pipe networks to ensure widespread coverage of water sources. It is worth mentioning that the project is also committed to providing inlet water pipe connections for 1500 households and adding public toilets to comprehensively improve the quality of life and convenience of local residents. Keywords: the Belt and Road news, the Belt and Road project, overseas project.

The successful implementation of these two projects will not only bring tangible convenience and well-being to the residents of northern and western Uganda, but also symbolize the country's firm determination and unremitting efforts in infrastructure construction and humanitarian assistance. With the gradual completion of these projects, Uganda's development prospects will be even broader, and the living standards of local residents will also be significantly improved.
